Just wanted to send an massive shout out to an awesome salesman Richard Jones @Maitland Motorcycles He was up front honest and genuine right from my first phone call with him he went above and beyond right through to the sale and pick up my husbands new bike, beat competitors hands down. His knowledge and persona make you feel like you have known him forever Genuine guy not just a (Salesman) We both found our dealings with all at Maitland Motorcycles a pleasure. Definitely be return customers we can't recommend them enough.

First off, I want to give a massive thank you to the whole team at Maitland Motorcycles, an even bigger thank you to Richard (salesman) as he made purchasing a pre owned motorcycle as easy as it can be. Exceptionally easy to deal with, and such a genuine guy. It's been almost 10 years since I've been on a bike due to severe spinal injuries, but Richard did me an awesome deal on an amazing bike. I cannot recommend him and his team enough!

This motorcycle shop is the only shop I can truly recommend. Richard, the salesman, is the nicest and most genuine person you will ever meet. Everything with Richard was smooth, easy, and comforting. Being disabled and having impacts that affect me daily, Richard went out of his way to be compassionate, and research accessible options in his own time to make sure my experience and joy of owning a new bike wasn’t hampered by my bodies limitations. Upon pick up of the bike, Richard again went out of his way to move the bike on to level ground and talk me back through the few key safety points when breaking in a new bike, which after a long time out of riding, was very much appreciated. Every employee within Maitland Motorcycles seemed genuinely happy to be there, and willing to help in a non judgemental way, which unfortunately in the bike world can sometimes be a rare commodity. If you are new to the bike scene or even a seasoned rider looking for something new, Maitland Motorcycles is the place to go. You will be cared for, treated like an actual human, not like a sale, and there’s no bravado, which being a woman rider who encounters that often, is beyond priceless. Thanks Richard, you have a customer for life.

Ordered tyres on a Thursday needing them to be fitted no later than Friday the following week. Had to call the next day to chase up and make sure they had been ordered and when they were expected to arrive. Was told to expect a text message early next week and I would be right to come in any day and have them fitted. The following Tuesday morning I called after an update. Called again 3 hours later because I was still waiting and was told they were waiting to hear back from the sales rep. Looked up online and got the phone number to chase up myself. Told that there is a backlog of 5-7 days due to new operating systems. So if I didn't chase up the manufacturer themselves I would still be waiting for an answer. Anyway, next tyres I wanted aren't available in the time frame I originally discussed so my bike plan has been stuffed around due to lazy service. All they had to do was confirm when they would be expected like I originally asked them too instead of just assuming. Piss poor effort guys!

The people in the main shop are great, however the workshop staff are disrespectful and clearly take no pride in their work. After spending over $1400 on repairs it came back with new issues, halfway home from the workshop the exhaust fell of and wouldn’t even start the next day, the headlight wasn’t even put on correctly. I purchased a pink slip however the bike was clearly not roadworthy, and it wasn’t until I got fair trading government involved that they finally listened. If I could rate one star I would
